She has initiated, developed and expanded the German European School Manila’s (GESM) coaching consulting service to a fully operating Student Services Department, complete with Special Needs Support and staff. She taught IBDP Psychology and Ethics and continues with her research grant proposals and local interest pieces, such as this community study on best educational practices in local schools. She continues her private coaching, therapy and consulting practice with plans to continue education with a PhD in Health Psychology focusing E-Mental health interventions (stress, coping, balance, addiction) with the Leuphana University, Germany.
